The Art of Essence

Since 1927, Maison Sève has blazed a singular trail through the world of haute parfumerie. Founded by botanist-turned-perfumer Thérèse Delacour in a sunlit atelier on Rue des Archives, our house draws its name from the French word for sap — the lifeblood of botanical matter from which all fragrance flows.

Each Sève composition begins in our own gardens in Grasse, where heritage cultivars of rose, jasmine, and tuberose are tended by fourth-generation horticulturists. We press, distill, and tincture on site — an uncompromising vertical integration rare in the modern industry.
