How we got here
Summer 2019
A chance meeting in Edinburgh
Isla was lost. Remy had a map. Neither of them knew it would lead here. They spent the afternoon wandering the Old Town and talking until the pubs closed.
New Year's Eve 2020
First "I love you"
Midnight on a rooftop in Lisbon. Fireworks over the Tagus. Remy said it first. Isla had been thinking it for months.
March 2022
Moving in together
A small flat in Bristol with a leaky tap and a perfect view. They painted every room a different colour and argued about the kitchen. It was wonderful.
September 2025
The proposal
On a lavender farm in Provence — the same region where they'll marry. Remy had been carrying the ring for three months. Isla said yes before the question was finished.
September 2026
Forever begins
And now, here we are. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone we love.
